• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person

PixelNTools offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 5 total exports with full access to all components (no watermarks)
• Pro Plan: $299 one-time payment for unlimited exports and all premium features

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

• Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by PixelNTools and protected by intellectual property laws
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any custom content you create using our tools
• Exported Code: Code exported from PixelNTools is licensed for your use in any personal or commercial project without attribution required

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service itself

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelNTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelNTools and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
